Your Role
As a Junior Account Executive. Your main focus will be to win new hospitality customers and turn opportunities into revenue. This is a hands-on sales role where you will
- Find and qualify leads through phone outreach, email, in-person visits, and networking.
- Run sales meetings and demos that show restaurant owners why Toppi is a game-changer for their visibility in the AI era.
- Educate and advise hospitality entrepreneurs on how AI-driven search is transforming guest discovery, and why adopting new tools is critical to staying competitive.
- Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, from first contact to closing the deal.
- Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners and hospitality partners.
- Engage in market activities like events, partnerships, and community outreach to expand our presence.
Who You Are
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years experience in sales..
- Native Dutch speaker with fluent English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset. Self-starter, proactive, problem-solver & eager to learn.
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
- Hunter mentality, you enjoy outbound sales and have no fear of picking up the phone.
- Coachable, curious, and resilient: open to feedback and quick to adapt.
- Ambitious and excited to be part of an early-stage startup journey.
