Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our new customers, making sure their journey with Toppi starts smoothly and successfully. You will:

Guide restaurants through onboarding on our platform, from setup to first success.

Provide support via email, phone, text, and video calls.

Translate data insights into clear, actionable steps for our customers.

Build lasting relationships with hospitality entrepreneurs.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at fully automating onboarding.

Advising customers on suitable packages for their business.
Who You Are
-
2-4 years experience in a Customer Success Manager role.

Native in Dutch and fluent in English.

Excellent communicator with a natural knack for building relationships.

A strategic advisor to customers, proactively uncovering business requirements to drive long-term value and product adoption.

Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data.

Proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing startup.
