Before Toppi<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Roos - Taste and Smile prioritises customer satisfaction, striving to deliver optimal experiences. A key component of their marketing strategy involves maintaining a professional and credible presence on channels frequented by potential customers, ensuring up-to-date information. Before Toppi's intervention, Roos primarily updated basic details on their Google business profiles. \u201cWe mainly adjusted opening hours and basic information,\u201d notes Rosemarie. Alongside enhancing digital channels like instagram and Facebook. For years, our efforts were limited to occasional and costly online advertising attempts. Roos - Taste & Smile utilises Toppi's Complete service since June 2023, to oversee its Google and Apple business profiles, marking a smooth collaboration highlighted by positive results and professional handling, as shared by Rosemarie. \u201cOn a weekly basis, Toppi ensures profile updates, incorporating images and posts, addressing all customer reviews, and verifying company information for accuracy\u201d.<\/p>\n
