Your Role<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As a Customer Success Manager, you\u2019ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our new customers, making sure their journey with Toppi starts smoothly and successfully. You will:<\/p>\n

  • \n

    Guide restaurants through onboarding on our platform, from setup to first success.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide support via email, phone, text, and video calls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Translate data insights into clear, actionable steps for our customers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Build lasting relationships with hospitality entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at fully automating onboarding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Advising customers on suitable packages for their business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Who You Are<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      2-4 years experience in a Customer Success Manager role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Native in Dutch and fluent in English.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent communicator with a natural knack for building relationships.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      A strategic advisor to customers, proactively uncovering business requirements to drive long-term value and product adoption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing startup.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
