Your Role<\/b><\/h4>\n

As a Junior Account Executive. Your main focus will be to win new hospitality customers and turn opportunities into revenue. This is a hands-on sales role where you will<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Find and qualify leads<\/b> through phone outreach, email, in-person visits, and networking.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Run sales meetings and demos <\/b>that show restaurant owners why Toppi is a game-changer for their visibility in the AI era.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Educate and advise<\/b> hospitality entrepreneurs on how AI-driven search is transforming guest discovery, and why adopting new tools is critical to staying competitive.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish<\/b>, from first contact to closing the deal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Build long-term relationships<\/b> with restaurant owners and hospitality partners.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Engage in market activities<\/b> like events, partnerships, and community outreach to expand our presence.

    Who You Are<\/b><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Recent graduate or 1\u20132 years experience in sales..<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Native Dutch speaker with fluent English.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Entrepreneurial mindset. Self-starter, proactive, problem-solver & eager to learn.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Hunter mentality, you enjoy outbound sales and have no fear of picking up the phone.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Coachable, curious, and resilient: open to feedback and quick to adapt.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ambitious and excited to be part of an early-stage startup journey.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
